For high performance and availability, this static website (which is compiled from hand-written HTML and CSS, and which contains no JavaScript) is served from an AWS S3 bucket and is cached/distributed globally via Cloudfront, with a custom SSL certificate provided by Let's Encrypt. Your browser may have already informed you that a mirror exists as an onion service.
